Greenstep ECO Property Ltd was formed following poor prior experience of EPC Assessors and Retrofit Contractors. EPC Assessors were not bothered about achieving the best results and often made errors within their assessments, whilst Retrofit Contractors were unprofessional and trying to get away with sub-standard workmanship and materials.
A large London property investor had to improve the EPC ratings of their portfolio to satisfy the impending law and financial institutions. They started with 1300 flats / houses rated D & below. Consultants forecasted a budget in the region of £3.5million for improvement works. Thanks to our Founder, a vast majority of the properties were re-assessed as EPC rating C and only minor works were required in the others, saving the company a fortune!

About us
Our Founder, Daniel Hill is a graduate in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and has worked within the Residential Property Sector for over 30 years for both Managing Agents & Private Investors.
Most recently Daniel has managed EPC related projects. He soon realised that the assessors, contractors & consultants available were lacking skills, knowledge and interest.
Daniel founded Greenstep ECO Property Ltd to fill those gaps and through his knowledge & training has been very successful in acting beyond property owners expectations.
